Pillow-Plate Wide-Channel Heat Exchanger is a compact heat exchange equipment that adopts an all-welded pillow-plate structure and features relatively large flow channels for the medium.
 

Structural Characteristics
The heat exchanger is manufactured by welding two metal sheets together using laser or resistance welding according to a specific pattern, followed by a hydraulic bulging process. This forms a plate with a concave-convex "pillow"-shaped surface. The flow channel gap between adjacent plates is significantly larger than that of conventional plate heat exchangers (typically 8 mm to over 30 mm), hence the term "wide-channel".
